At the Aquatic Microbial Ecology and Biotechnology Laboratory (Bursa Technical University), led by Prof. Dr. Mete YILMAZ, we actively seek academic, industrial, and international partnerships to advance microalgae research, environmental safety, and bio-based technologies.

• Joint Research & Proposals: Partnering on competitive projects (TÜBİTAK, PRIMA, Horizon Europe, etc.) focusing on:

  • Algal strain isolation & characterization (aquaculture, biofuels, pigments, fatty acids)

  • Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) & molecular ecology

  • Algal/cyanobacterial toxins and phylogenetics

• Industry & R&D Services: Strain screening, bioprocess development, toxicity evaluation, and consulting for biotechnology, aquaculture, and environmental sectors.

• Academic Exchange: Welcoming visiting researchers, postdocs, and students for joint studies, lab work, and STSMs.
